Þannig hefur beinn efnahagslegur ávinningur myndast fyrir félagsmenn

  • NZALPA is constantly looking at ways to improve communication with our members. The 2Way Smartphone App has been a significant positive tool in helping us to achieve this goal. 2Way have been very pro-active and thorough in working with us to set up and integrate the App into NZALPA’s communications systems and then launch the App to our members.

  • The benefits of adopting the 2Way solution rather than developing our own solution are that we were able to get the App to the members far more quickly than we would have been able to if we had developed it alone, it has also been a significant advantage to be able to share ideas and lessons learned for the App with a larger group of like-minded pilot associations like FIA.

  • Ein mesta áskorun stéttarfélaga í dag er að ná athygli félagsmanna sinna og halda þeirri einingu og samheldni sem er svo mikilvæg. Eftir að Flugfreyjufélag Íslands (FFÍ) tók í notkun FFI Appið fyrir tæpum tveimur árum hefur virkni félagsmanna stóraukist. FFÍ hefur mótað skýra stefnu í kringum appið sem nú er orðin miðja allra samskipta við félagsmenn sem hafa tekið þessari tæknilausn fagnandi.

  • The 2Way app has been extremely successful at FIA; the uptake among members is around 85% and most of the pilots use it many/several times a week. It has made the younger pilots more aware of the union and what is happening there, and valuable input is received from pilots every month for the Company Council to utilize. It is also a valuable tool to gather statistics on reported issues.
