You can see a list of all newsletters, with basic information of each newsletter. Click on Newsletters link available in the left sidebar. The sub-links appear as below.
Click on All Newsletters link. The list of all newsletters appears.
You can see the following details for each newsletter.
Submit to App: A checkbox for each newsletter. You can select one or more newsletters and submit these to the app. (See Submit a Newsletter to App for more details.)
Date: The publishing date of the newsletter.
Issue Number: The unique issue number for this newsletter.
Title: The title of the newsletter.
Issue Highlights: The highlights for this newsletter issue.
Airline Code: The target groups of the newsletter.
App Status: For every Newsletter, the status can be:
- Submit: If you saved the Newsletter and it is waiting to be submitted to the app.
- Draft: If it was auto-saved. You can edit this Newsletter to complete the mandatory information before you submit it to the app.
- Active: The Newsletter is submitted, approved, and has been published to the app.
In Action column, you can see View option to see the newsletter details. (Please see View Newsletter Details for more details.)
Using Filters in Newsletters List
You can use filters to sort the list of newsletters. The following filters are available.
- Date and Time: In Date and Time column, select the date range within which you want to see the newsletters.
- Airline Code: In Airline Code column, select the target group from the Airline Code drop-down list. The filter option helps you when you have multiple groups and you want to see the Newsletter for specific groups only.
- App Status: Select the app status of a newsletter as Active, Draft or Submit.
You can see the filtered list depending on the selected filters. In the Action column, click on the Clear button to clear the filters and reset the list.
