Add New Journal Group Journal groups help you organize different types of journals in different groups, such as for different types of information, or for different publishing time, or to target these to different types of audiences.
Add New Journal A journal is any content that board or committees publish and distribute it to the members. They can publish periodic journals to share important updates and news, when required. Set the journal notification settings. In Send Notification, select Yes, to enable journal notification settings for the journal’s target users.
See List of Journals You can see a list of all journals, with basic information of each journal. You can use filters to sort the list of journals.
View Journal Details You can see details of any journal. In Action column, click on its View button. This journal row expands to show the details including journal title and description.
Edit a Journal You can change the details of any journal. Locate the target journal. n Action column, click on its View button. The journal row expands to show the details including journal title.
Delete a Journal You can delete a journal, if required. Locate the target journal. n Action column, click on its View button. The journal row expands to show the details, including its description.
Search a Journal You can search a journal for specific terms or words, in the list of journals. In Search, write the term that you want to use to search an journal. The list automatically reloads to show you the search results.
Edit a Journal Group You can change the details of any journal group. Locate the target group that you want to edit. In Action column, click on Edit button. The journal group details are editable now.
Submit a Journal to App When you create a new journal, you need to submit it so that the APP users can see the journal. n App Status column, click on Submit button to submit the journal to app users. The status changes to Active now.
Delete a Journal Group You can delete a journal group, if required. You cannot delete a group if any journal is added to it. Before you delete a non-empty group, assign a different group to its journals so that it is empty when you want to delete it.
Search a Journal Group You can search a journal group for specific terms or words, in the list of journal groups. In Search, write the term that you want to use to search an journal group. The list automatically reloads to show you the search results.
See List of Journal Groups You can see the list of all journal groups, with basic information of each group in a list view. In Action column, you can see options to edit or delete a group.
