You can see a list of all journals, with basic information of each journal. Click on Journals link available in the left sidebar. The sub-links appear as below.
Click on All Journals link. The list of all journals appears.
You can see the following details for each journal.
Submit to App: A checkbox for each journal. You can select one or more journal and submit these to the app. (Please see Submit a Journal to App for more details.)
Date: The date when the journal is scheduled for publishing.
Title: The title of the journal.
Airline Code: The target groups of the journal.
Journal group: The group to which this journal belongs.
App Status:
For every Newsletter, the status can be:
- Submit: If you saved the Journal and it is waiting to be submitted to the app.
- Draft: If it was auto-saved. You can edit this Journal to complete the mandatory information before you submit it to the app.
- Active: The Journal is submitted, approved, and has been published to the app.
In Action column, you can see View option to see the journal details. (More details…)
Using Filters in Journals List
You can use filters to sort the list of journals. The following filters are available:
- Date and Time: In Date and Time column, select the date range within which you want to see the journals were published.
- Airline Code: In Airline Code column, select the target group from the Airline Code drop-down list. The filter option helps you when you have multiple groups and you want to see the Journal for specific groups only.
- Journal group: In the Journal group column, select the journal group from Journal group drop-down list.
- App Status: Select the app status of an journal as Active or Draft.
You can see the filtered list depending on the selected filters. In the Action column, click on the Clear button to clear the filters and reset the list.
