Add New Report Group You can organize report types in different report groups. For example, use report groups to group your reports for locations, team functions, or for reports objectives.
Add New Report Type When you create a new report, all reports are listed as different report types. A Report Type is a form that contains the required fields on certain issue. Users can fill these forms and submit it as a report. You can define settings for display popup, attributes, and submissions.
See List of Report Types You can see a list of all report types, with basic information of each report type. You have an option to filter the list of report types by Airline Code, or by report groups.
View Report Type Details You can see details of any report type. In Action column, click on View button corresponding to the target report type. The report type row expands to show the type details such as report group, short description, airline code, and report type.
Edit a Report Type You can change the details of any report type. Click on the Edit button available in the report details. The Report Information section appears where the report type form opens.
Update Report Type Status: Active and Inactive You can change the status of a report type such as from Active to Inactive, or Inactive to Active. An Inactive report type is not available to the app users, for their participation. To make it available to the users, you need to change the report type status to Active.
Search a Report Type You can search a report type for specific terms or words, in the list of report types. In Search, write the term that you want to use to search the report type. The list automatically reloads to show you the search results.
Delete a Report Type You can delete the report type, if required. Note: You can delete a report type only if no Active report is submitted using this report type.
Add New Attribute You can add a new attribute to use these attributes in the report types. You can add Attribute Display Name, Attribute Type, and other details.
See List of Attributes You can see a list of all attributes, with basic information of each attribute.
Edit an Attribute For the reports, you can edit the details of an attribute, when required. If you change the Attribute Type, the options for the selected value change accordingly.
Search an Attribute You can search an attribute for specific terms or words, in the list of attributes. In Search, write the term that you want to use to search the attribute. The list automatically reloads to show you the search results.
Delete an Attribute For the reports, you can delete an attribute if required. In Action column, click on Delete button. The backend system asks you confirm if you want to delete this attribute.

Edit a Report Group You can edit a report group, if required. Locate the target report group. In Action column, click on Edit button. The report group details are available in the editable form.
See List of Reports You can see a list of all reports for basic information for each report. You have an option to filter the list of reports by using filters.
Export a Report For example, select Export to csv option. The exported file downloads to your local machine. Open that file and you can see the reports that you selected to export.
Update Report Status You can change the status of one or more reports for different actions or updates. For example, you can set the status to All done, Completed, Forwarded, Further assessment, and Logged for statistics.
Communicate Inline With Users For any report, you can communicate with the users in an inline chat-like discussion. In addition, you can add a custom note to a report and this note is added to the actual report document, for reference. A chat-like discussion view is available where you can start the conversation with the user who submitted this report.

Delete a Report You can delete one or more reports, as required. In the list of reports, select multiple reports that you want to delete. Click on Tools drop-down arrow and select Delete Reports option.
Send a Report in an Email You can send a report in an email. The Send in Email option is available at the top of the reports list,
View Report Details You can see details of any report. In Action column, click on View button corresponding to the target report. The report row expands to show the details such as report type, report ID, name, contact details, and the feedback history.
