For any report, you can communicate with the users in an inline chat-like discussion. In addition, you can add a custom note to a report and this note is added to the actual report document, for reference.
Click on Reports link available in the left sidebar as below. The sub-links appear as below.
Click on All Reports link. The All Reports page appears.
Locate the target report in the list.
In Action column, click on View button. The row expands to show you the report details.
Chat
A chat-like discussion view is available where you can start the conversation with the user who submitted this report, as below.
For the entire discussion, you can see the name of user, the date and time of conversation message, and the message itself.
Add Note for Report
In Note, write any additional note for this report. This note is available in the final report document, for reference.
Click on Save button to save the note.
