You can see details of any report. Click on Reports link available in the left sidebar. The sub-links appear as below.
Click on All Reports link. The All Reports section appears.
Locate the target report.
In Action column, click on View button corresponding to the target report. The report row expands to show the details such as report type, report ID, name, contact details, and the feedback history, as below.
When you see the report details, you can take following actions as required.
- Change status of the report (please see Update Report Status for more details.)
- Communicate inline with users, as if in a chat (please see Communicate Inline with Users for more details.)
- Delete this report (please see Delete a Report for more details.)
