You can export a list of reports to different formats or types of documents, for example to a PDF, or to MS Excel document. Click on Reports link available in the left sidebar. The sub-links appear as below.
Click on All Reports link. The All Reports section appears.
In the first column, select the target reports that you want to export. Select Tools option to see the four export options, as below.
Select Export to pdf to export the reports to a PDF document.
Select Export to pdf (Image) to export the reports as an image. This image is exported as a PDF document.
Select Export to excel to export the reports to an MS Excel document.
Select Export to csv to export the reports to a csv document.
For example, select Export to csv option. The exported file downloads to your local machine. Open that file and you can see the reports that you selected to export. See an example CSV, below.
